Debtus only works if you trust it with the details of what you lent, what you borrowed, and who with — so privacy is a product principle, not an afterthought. Your debts, balances and history belong to you.
You own your data
Your debts live in your own Sneat space. You can review, edit, export and delete what you've stored at any time. We ask only for what a record actually needs, and we keep it so you don't have to remember it.
You choose who sees what
A debt is between you and the person it concerns — scoped to your space and shared only with people you invite. Nothing about what you owe or are owed is shared with anyone else by default.
Connected to Splitus, on your terms
Split a group bill in Splitus and the resulting IOUs land in Debtus as ordinary debts — one ledger, no re-typing. Those connections only ever use your data with your consent.
